Some Volunteer Opportunities are listed below. Please let us know your contact information as well as the agency you would like to volunteer with by filling out this form - Volunteer Today!  

Connections: volunteer labor, skilled and unskilled, materials, etc.

Crosslines: volunteer to help stock the food pantry, do a food drive, holiday food distribution and Toystore (Christmas season).

Daybreak: volunteer to present programs including music, crafts, etc. or assist in playing games, crafts and field trips.

Ambassadors for Children: volunteer in the Kids Clothes Closet by doing a clothing drive, stocking shelves, collecting new duffle bags filled with personal items for children when the enter foster care.

Ombudsman: volunteer to commit an average of 2 hours per week to go into nursing homes and skilled residential facilities to ensure resident rights. Training provided.

RSVP: seniors age 55 and older volunteer to use their experience and talents in our community.  A variety of volunteer opportunities are available as well as schedules.  Mailing services, mentoring children through Reading Buddies, van drivers or shop for elderly and homebound people.
