Child Care Aware® of Southern Missouri works with communities across the region, building collaborative efforts with business and civic leaders to ensure safe and enriching child care for all children and their families. Examples of the services we offer to Missouri communities and businesses include:

- Child care benefit feasibility studies and needs assessments for employers
- Community needs assessments
- Work/family analysis and consulting
- Compilation of national and state research findings of relevance to community initiatives
- Management of funding for scholarships that help parents pay for child care

Participate in community meetings which revolve around families and early childhood issues
Several communities have meetings where community members come together to discuss issues related to children and families. For example, in Springfield, the Early Care and Education committee has been meeting for 10 years to address early childhood issues. Supporting the efforts of community meetings such as early care is a way to support the every day lives of the families working for you.
